Already it is in the news from a time that Superstar Mahesh will be producing this web series titled “Charlie” which will have eight episodes of one hour length. Though there is no clarity whether they will release straight on YouTube or any other paid streaming platform, currently casting is being finalized.
Created by Hussain Sha Kiran of Nannaku Prematho fame (story writer), this crime based web series is most likely to have Sudheer Babu in the lead role. From a time, Mahesh and Namratha are contemplating to rope in a hero from their own compound as there are a couple of guys now.
Though many thought that they will introduce a newcomer from their family, we’re hearing that Sudheer Babu is finalized as the lead. Currently, discussions are going on regarding this and if all goes well, Mahesh’s brother in law will kick start shooting for this web series very soon.
On the other hand, Sudheer Babu is currently working on Pullela Gopichand’s biopic.
