High Court modifies orders in Prabhas’ farm house case

It is known that Rebel Star Prabhas has been fighting out a case in High Court from the last 2 years when the Government officials has seized 2,083 square yards of land in Survey No. 5/3, Raydurg Panmaktha Village near Hi-tec City. Now in a latest development, High Court has given orders not to demolish the farm house which will give a huge reprieve to the Baahubali Star. However the court didn’t direct in Prabhas’s favor when asked about the immediate possession of the farm house.

Bench formed by Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice P Naveen has issued the orders and asked the government to retain possession of the land. Prabhas in his petition has argued that this land was bought by him legally and he was aggrieved with the way things unfolded. But the State counter attacked that the land was part of a bigger litigation and cannot be regularized.

When non demolishing the farm house is certainly a reprieve for the actor we have to see what his next step will be as the land wasn’t handed over to him.
