Revenue officials belonging to Telangana government have other day seized the guest house belonging to the “Baahubali” star Prabhas, which is located in the Raidurgam area of Serlingampally division.
Like all other actors, Prabhas also invested money on a guest house in the outer limits of Hyderabad such that he could chill off with friends and family whenever time permits. But actually, Telangana Government contested court that the 84 acres land actually belongs to the government and some private dealers sold it illegally to many high-profile people including Prabhas. Our Baahubali star owns 2200 square yards of plot and built a guesthouse thereby spending a crore.
Recently with Supreme Court giving a ruling that all the land under Survey No 46 belongs to the government, Revenue Officials seized many properties including that of Prabhas’ guest house. Actually, this judgment came three months ago, but the officials have waited for the election to get over to take an action.
Though many others including Prabhas have appealed to the court to regularize the land under GO 59 in a special petition, this latest ruling is a shocker to them.
