Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari said she hurt herself while shooting for ‘Antariksham’ and it is one of the toughest roles she ever played.
Speaking to the media, this Hyderabadi origin actress said, during the shoot she was wearing the space suit. The helmet of it was quite heavy.
“I experienced a pain on my neck but continue to shoot. On the ninth day, I sprained my neck and I immediately had tears in my eyes because of unbearable agony.
Though the doctors have suggested 10 days rest, I couldn’t keep the entire team waiting for me because it was an expensive set and a lot of money and time would go waste,” said Aditi.
She added that director Sankalp Reddy insisted on having her on the film.
“When I heard the script, I was amazed but asked Sankalp whether he really wanted me because getting a heroine all the way from Mumbai is quite an expensive thin. But the confidence he had is outstanding.”
Aditi said she wants to be part of timeless cinema and so is accepting roles that are coming her way.
Working with Varun Tej is absolute pleasure she said and also added that he is a disciplined actor.
