Hero Naga Chaitanya has thanked both his fathers-in-law Suresh Babu and Venkatesh for giving him a commercial success with ‘Venky Mama.”
Speaking at the thanks meet of the film, the Akkineni hero said, “About two weeks back we announced the release date and I was really tensed. Now I’m really happy that ‘Venky Mama’ did extremely well during the first week.”
“Generally audiences say that film is good but here they owned the film and are saying it is good. Especially the woman audiences are thoroughly enjoying. But this is not a personal hit for me or Venky Mama. This success goes to grandfather Ramanaidu as it was his dream,” said Naga Chaitanya.
Hero Venkatesh talked less at the thanks meet and thanked Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mahesh Babu for their encouraging words.
“We should drive away the negativity from the industry and stay positive. Please say no to piracy and watch the film only in theatres,” said Venky.
Actress Raashi Khanna recalled the incident of shooting ‘Coca Cola Pepsi’ song. “Venkatesh sir was injured during this song shooting but he always had a smile on his face and he worked despite the injury. That’s his dedication and I learned a lot from him,” said Raashi.
Director Vamshi Paidipally, Nandini Reddy and Chandoo Mondeti have graced the this thanks meet too. Vamshi complimented director Bobby and recollected the association with.
