Hansika Motwani who’s rarely doing films in Tollywood is hoping to grab good offers here after the release of her next outing Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL starring Sundeep Kishan in male lead.
Hansika who plays a small time lawyer in the film says if not an actor she would have been a lawyer. ‘I wanted to be a lawyer, because I can argue very well. Fortunately, I’m happy with my profession right now,’ she clarifies.
Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL is an out and out entertainer with hilarious moments all through. ‘It’s a fun film. It’s a Nageswar Reddy’s film. I play a flop lawyer who wants to become a big lawyer like my father played by Murali Sharma.’
The actress says the chemistry between her and Sundeep Kishan worked out well. ‘We initially fight. But then, fall in love with each other. Finally, we together fight a murder case against all odds and against my father.’
Hansika has crossed 50 films milestone and she still feels like it’s just beginning of her career. She says she likes being called as an apple pie beauty.
The starlet makes a big statement that she is ready to do negative roles as well.
Meanwhile, Hansika is making her web-series debut with a thriller under the direction of Ashok of Bhaagamathie fame. ‘For me, there’s no big difference between films and streaming media. I indeed am happy to be in the web-series space,’ she affirms.
The film Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL will be releasing in a couple of weeks. Hope, Hansika who is out of action for long will come back strongly with this film!
