Indian Star Player To Be Voice Of Spider Man!

The Marvel films enjoy a super fan following across the nations and India is not exemption from this. Whenever Marvel films are released fans here flock to theaters to experience the cinematic universe. Marvel Studios also tries to make Indian fans happy. In one film Iron Man attends a fancy wedding in India.

Now an upcoming film also has a big reason for Indian fans to watch as a young cricketer became the voice of Spider-man. The star player had lent his voice to Hindi and Punjabi versions. Sony Pictures took to social media to share the news and urged fans to wait for the trailer to get released.

Happening Indian star player Shubmangill will be the voice of Spiderman in Hindi and Punjabi. The dubbing formalities have been finished. A small video shared by Sony Pictures India shows people asking Gill to come down from the wall. Then the cricketer makes a hero landing and introduces himself as Indian Superman.

Spider-Man Across The Spider-Verse is an upcoming film that will be hitting the theatres on the second of June across languages. Besides Hindi, the film will be released in many regional languages. In India, the film will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi and Bengali. A few actors from India had dubbed for the Marvel films. But for the first time, a sportsperson had lent his voice to a Hollywood film from India.

Shubman Gill is having a good run in the ongoing IPL. In the match played between Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Shubman Gill’s batting heroics helped his GT team score a massive total of 227. Gill played a sensational knock of 94 not out off 51 balls who was supported by Wriddhiman Saha (81 off 43). The Gujarat Titans team crushed the LSG team by more than 50 runs.
