Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film with director Gopichand Malineni is one of the most anticipated films of Tollywood. The film has been in the news for all interesting reasons since its announcement.
It is heard that the director found it hard to lock a perfect leading lady for Balakrishna in the film. As per reports, Gopichand had approached Shruti Haasan for the same, but the actress turned down the offer as she didn’t want to romance a veteran actor.
But the latest buzz suggests that the actress reportedly agreed to pair up with Balayya after the makers offered a whopping Rs 2.5 Cr as remuneration. As Gopichand couldn’t convince other actresses, he is said to be offering a hefty pay for Shruti, who is considered the director’s lucky charm after the success of ‘Balupu’ and ‘Krack’.
Gopichand Malineni has penned a powerful script for Balakrishna, which is based on true incidents. The music composer Thaman S has been brought on the board for the project.
