Inside News: Chiranjeevi approves a big change for Lucifer remake script..?

It is known that Chiranjeevi will be taking the Telugu remake of Lucifer onto the floors soon after he is done with Acharya shoot. Mohan Raja will be directing Lucifer remake and he is said to have locked the script already. He is actively taking part in music sittings now.

Coming to the topic, Chiranjeevi has apparently approved a big alteration in the script of Lucifer remake.

Mohan Raja proposed to omit the character played by Prithviraj Sukumaran in the original and instead focus on Chiranjeevi’s flashback episode in the remake. This is an interesting move, considering the fact that the character played by Prithviraj Sukumaran in the original has a great deal of prominence in the script.

Incidentally, the makers of Lucifer remake have decided to omit this key character. Chiranjeevi was convinced that Mohan Raja’s idea would better suit the sensibilities of Telugu audiences. So, he green signalled it.

The shooting of Lucifer remake is likely to commence in the next couple of months but an official announcement is awaited.
