Siddhy Jonnalagadda is one hero who entered the film industry long back and climbed his way gradually before gaining stardom with ‘DJ Tillu’. This film became a super hit last year and his character connected with youth instantly. He is working on ‘Tillu Square’ now which is a sequel to his successful film. Ever since the movie was announced, there is a lot of buzz surrounding it.
He has a couple of projects in his hand right now and will not be free till the next year. Insiders reveal that he is demanding 4 crores as remuneration these days. Apparently, Siddu is getting 3.5 crores for ‘Tillu Square’ and reports suggest that he is all set to be seen as Chiranjeevi’s son in an interesting movie under Kalyan Krishna’s direction.
He hiked his remuneration for this film and asked for 4 crores as a round figure. Sreeleela is going to romance Siddhu Jonnalagadda in this film and she will be getting over a crore. Post ‘DJ Tillu’ expectations are sky high over Siddhu’s upcoming projects. As we know, ‘Tillu Square’ has Anupama Parameswaran playing the female lead and the first look poster raised a lot of eyebrows. If this film becomes successful, Siddhu’s craze will increase multifold and so will his remuneration.
Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas who produced the first part are bankrolling the second part too. ‘Tillu Square’ will be presented by Srikara Studios, and will be directed by Mallik Ram. Ram Miriyala, who’d originally composed and sung the title track of DJ Tillu, scores the music. Sai Prakash Ummadisingu cranks the camera for the project to be edited by Navin Nooli. AS Prakash is the art director. Siddhu himself wrote the film.
