From a long time, star heroine Kajal Agarwal is looking forward to turning to production. Earlier she thought of remaking Awe! movie in Hindi in her own banner. Later she thought of presenting a couple of other films but somehow that didn’t work.
All these days Kajal is busy grabbing more than 1.75 – 2 crores as her pay pocket for film, but when you have to produce a film, you should be ready to slip that money from the pockets easily. And we hear that Kajal felt little tough to do that as she doesn’t know how to judge stories at paper level.
Reports are coming that Kajal wants to be a sleeping partner with popular small-films producer Raj Kandukuri who has delivered award winning Pelli Choopulu. We hear that the star heroine will be credited as “Presenter” for a couple of movies where she will also invest 50% of the money. And Raj Kandukuri will take care of the story, production and other things, while Kajal will promote it aggressively.
That way, she wants to test the waters in a safe environment without being worried about other things. and once if she retires from acting like a Charmee, she might join the production battalion full time.
