Is ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ Director Launching Balayya’s Son?


When will Nandamuri Balakrishna’s son Mokshagnya make his silver screen debut? This is the question that has been bugging the fans since a long time. Ever since they saw him as a youngster during the time of ‘Srimannarayana’, fans were impressed by his looks and they wanted to see him as a hero straightaway. But it has been years since this happened and Mokshagnya is yet to enter the cinemas.

Recently, there are rumors that the Nandamuri heir is all set to make his Tollywood debut and the Nandamuri camp is searching for the right director to launch him. Names like Krish, Anil Ravipudi and even Rajamouli were heard but they are not looking like a possibility. In the meanwhile, the latest gossip suggests that Rahul Sankrityan will be directing Mokshagnya’s debut film.

The ‘Taxiwaala’ and ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ director has reportedly narrated a script that impressed the youngster and a lot of sources claim that this project is almost confirmed. While Balayya has a mass image, he is planning to launch Mokshagnya with a youthful love story. We need to wait till the official news comes out from the Nandamuri camp.

Coming to Balakrishna, he is working on #NBK107 under Gopichand Malineni’s direction. Popular Kannada actor Duniya Vijay will be seen as the antagonist in this movie while Varalakshmi Sarathkumar is playing a key role. Glamorous lady Shruti Hassan is going to be the female lead in this project. Tollywood’s leading production house Mythri Movie Makers are producing this much-awaited film. Thaman who stood as the backbone in the success of ‘Akhanda’ and Gopichand Malineni’s ‘Krack’ is giving music for this film and Rishi Punjabi is the cinematographer. Navin Nooli is the editor while Sai Madhav Burra is penning the dialogues. AS Prakash is the art director while Ram-Lakshman masters are composing the fights.
