Director Deva Katta is set to foray in Bollywood with the remake of his critically acclaimed ‘Prasthanam’ movie.
Actor Sanjay Dutt will essay the role of Sai Kumar and he would be producing the movie as well under his home banner.
Ali Fazal and Amyra Dastur are signed for other lead roles. ‘Prasthanam’ remake will start rolling from Sanjay Dutt’s mother Nargis Dutt’s birthday anniversary i.e, on June 1st.
‘Prasthanam’ was a political drama and scored a superhit in Telugu. The film also went on to win several awards and emerged as a trend setter.
Director Deva Katta was highly appreciated for his work in the film.
