Stage is set for the restructuring of the cabinet of YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The swearing-in-ceremony is expected to take place on April 11, falling on the auspicious muhurtham of Chaitra Suddha Dasami, a day after Sri Rama Navami falling on Monday.
There have been a lot of speculations about the new ministers who would be inducted into the cabinet but the chief minister has kept his cards close to his chest. He has only asked his close confidants to submit the lists and said he would take the final call.
According to sources close to the chief minister, here is the probable list of the new cabinet ministers along with the districts they belong to. Jagan is learnt to have ensured that there is representation to all the 25 districts in the cabinet.
Those from north coastal Andhra are: Reddy Shanti or Dharmana Prasada Rao from Srikakulam; K Veerabhadra Swamy from Vizianagaram, Peedika Rajanna Dora from Parvatipuram, K Bhagya Lakshmi or Nagulapalli Dhanalakshmi from Alluri Seetharama Raju district, Gudivada Amarnath from Anakapalli.
From the other coastal districts, the probables are: Dadisetti Raja from Kakinada, Chelluboyina Srinivasa Venugopala Krishna or Ponnada Satish Kumar from Amalapuram, Talari Venkat Rao from East Godavari, Mudunuri Nagaraja Varaprasada Raju or Grandhi Srinivas from West Godavari, Tellam Balaraju or K Abbayya Chowdary from Eluru.
Jogi Ramesh or K Parthasarathy from Machilipatnam; Samineni Udaya Bhanu from NTR Krishna district; Mohammad Mustafa Shaik from Guntur; Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy or Ambati Rambabu from Narsraopet district; Kona Raghupathi or Meruga Nagarjuna from Bapatla district. From Rayalaseema, the probables are: Dasari Sudha from Kadapa; M Nawaz Basha from Annamayya district; Shilpa Ravichandra Kishore Reddy from Nandyal; Gummanur Jayaram or Abdul Hafeez Khan from Kurnool; Jonnalagadda Padmavathu or K V Ushasri Charan from Anantapur; Dr M Tippeswamy from Sri Satya Sai district, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy from Balaji district and R K Roja from Chittoor.
