JC Brings Up New Demand On Capital

Former Anantapur MP and TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy has brought up a new demand when the state is boiling over YSRCP government’s plans to shift the capital from Amaravati to Vizag. On Monday JC met minister for state, G Kishan Reddy and other BJP leaders.

After this meeting, JC spoke to the media and said, ‘The current capital has become a headless one and it is not appropriate to trouble five crore people for the sake of just few people. If at all YSRCP wants to shift the capital, Rayalaseema should be made as Greater Rayalaseema and be declared as Union Territory.’

JC added that regarding Seema’s future, he will meet all party leaders soon and come up with a strategy. The ex-MP also commented on his future political plans.

‘As long as regional parties exists, I will stay in TDP. The ruling party is troubling me financially and psychologically. I have no issues with police officials but it’s their attitude which I’m not liking,’ said JC and signed off.
