Kajal Upsets As Shriya Pleases!

Gone are the days when heroines are just treated as glamour dolls meant to gyrate round the hero matching the dance steps. Although the same formula is recycled for most of the Telugu commercial films, few of the heroines are coming out with flying colors excelling in author backed characters.

For example, Shriya Saran as Vashishti Devi in ‘Gauthami Puthra Satakarni’ is shaped up beautifully. Though GPS is rated as a complete war film yet those episodes of romance or conflict of war between wife-husband are connecting with female audience. One shot wherein Shriya says, ‘Nenu Bottu Pettindi Naa Bharthaki Kadu Oka Charithraki’ is received to standing ovation.

In contrast, ‘Khaidi No 150’ has become one more monotonous glamorous character for Kajal Agarwal with no big, substantial role to play. Kajal is perhaps a performer but not this time when VV Vinayak directed the film Chiru-centric. Apparently, Kajal should have been upset with aimed criticism while Shriya is getting ready to fly USA with a winning performance.
