Amid the protests on changing the capital city from retaining Amaravathi, the comments calling people protesting as ‘paid artists’, have not gone very well. While many politicians condemned the comments, here is Posani hitting hard on actor-politician Prudhvi’s ‘loose words’.
Posani started it off with a video showing Prudhvi commenting that Chandrababu bought the lands in Amaravathi only for the benefit and development of people from Kamma caste. Highlighting the caste centric comments of Prudhvi, Posani questioned if all the agitating farmers belong to just ‘Kamma’ caste or if they should not be looking in good clothes just because they are farmers.
Demanding an unconditional apology from Prudhvi, he also asked YSRC govt to send someone who could speak better and sane as the official spokesperson, but not people like Prithvi who loses the point while opting for criticism with unwanted words.
Posani says he believes that the genuine farmers sacrificed their lands for the sake of capital city development and Prithvi is insulting the reason and also defaming his own party with his comments.
Also taking a jibe at Chandrababu, Posani said that the opposition leader sent Jagan to jail so he could be CM for a long time and also wasted a lot of taxpayers’ money on useless programs like Bus Yatra to all districts about Polavaram when the project itself is incomplete forever.
Posani’s press meet appeared like it was meant for a single point, which is to criticize Pridhvi on ‘Paid artists’ comment and later seems to have derailed as he praised Jagan for good deeds while also supporting the decision on Vizag becoming the capital city. Finally, Posani demanded an apology press meet from Prithvi and the latter too will be coming out very soon with many more punches.
