In the latest episode of Karthika Deepam, Deepa scares Monitha and leaves. Monitha locks herself in a room to escape from Deepa.
Next morning, Soundarya and Anand Rao are seen sitting in the lawn discussing the solution for Deepa and Hima’s problem. Soundarya vents her frustration over the issue. She adds that she can’t do injustice to Karthik or Deepa regarding Hima. Karthik, on the other hand, observes them together from the balcony. Both of them pretend to be having a candid conversation.
At home, Sourya is surprised to see Deepa dressed in the saree gifted by Soundarya. Deepa asks Sourya to get ready as they are leaving for the temple. Deepa adds that they will pick Hima midway. Much to the surprise of Varanasi, Deepa leaves for Karthik’s place along with Sourya in a prepaid taxi.
Monitha wakes up tired and vents her frustration over Deepa on Srilatha. Monitha is terrified to see Deepa calling her again. She doesn’t take the call. Deepa determines to teach her a proper lesson for toying with her emotions all the while.
Deepa asks Sourya to stay back in the car while she goes in. Soundarya and Anand Rao are tensed to see Deepa. Deepa asks for her daughter Hima. Soundarya requests Deepa to leave as Karthik is in the home. Deepa stays adamant to take Hima to the temple. Meanwhile, Karthik comes in with Hima. She (Hima) is delighted to see Vantalakka. Upon Hima’s insistence, Karthik permits Hima to visit the temple with Deepa.
