In a shocking development, TRS chief and Chief Minister KCR fell ill earlier today. Following this, he was reportedly taken to the Yashoda hospital. It has been widely reported that a team of doctors is attending him and various tests are being done and the test reports are awaited.
Due to the sudden illness, KCR’s Yadadri visit was also postponed and the next date would be announced soon. Reports say that KCR has not been well for a couple of days and due to this, he was taken to the hospital.
Going by the media reports, KCR has been weak for the last couple of days and he has an issue with his left hand. Media reports said the same while quoting a doctor at Yashoda Hospital as saying. More information on his condition is awaited. Once the test reports are out, we can get some clarity.
As per the earlier fixed schedule, KCR was supposed to visit the Yadadri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple to take part in the celestial wedding of the deity. Following the procedure, KCR along with his wife was supposed to present Silk Robes to the deity.
The temple authorities made elaborate arrangements for the ThiruKalyanam at Balalayam. However, he could not make it to the kalyanam due to his health reportedly. The ThiruKalyanam marks the last Kalyanam at Balalayam as the temple will be opened soon.
KCR decided to renovate the historic Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at YadagiriGutta. The renovated temple was named Yadadri and a whopping amount of Rs 1,800 crore was allocated for the project. The agenda behind renovating the temple is to develop it as a major pilgrim spot.
As part of the renovation works, special rooms and cottages were also built to accommodate the special invitees and pilgrims. Dignitaries across the fields and regions are expected to be invited for the opening of the temple. In total, 250 acres in Yadadri were developed as part of the project. The reopening of the temple is expected to be held this month. A formal announcement on the reopening date is awaited from the Telangana government.
