It is known that Samantha filed a defamation case on a few YouTube channels and an individual named CL Venkat Rao for passing derogatory remarks on her following the divorce saga.
After several hearings, the Kukatpally court passed the final judgement on the same.
The court ordered the YouTube channels to take down the offensive content they posted against Samantha. The court had even issued an injunction order on the same, which restricts media outlets from posting offensive remarks on Samantha in the days to follow.
Also, the court ordered Samantha not to share any of her personal information on social media henceforth.
Kukatpally court also ordered media portals and individuals to refrain from passing derogatory comments on Samantha.
