‘Mahanati’ will be bringing huge profits to Dutt family. Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt who produced the film in Tamil and Telugu have sold off the movie’s satellite and digital (SD) rights to Ram for whopping Rs 18 Cr.
This means, the Dutt family have almost recovered their production cost with this and all the revenue from theatrical is huge gain for them. This is their first profitable film in the long time.
The third party person has already clinched a deal with a leading Entertainment channel. Now it has to be seen which streaming company will buy this. Amazon and Netflix are said to be in talks.
“Mahanati” is having dream run in USA and Nizam area.
