Even as there’s a strong clash between Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu’s movies in theatres, Allu Arjun has been vocal about Mahesh Babu and his Sankranthi competition Sarileru Neekevvaru unlike Mahesh. In his latest media interaction too Allu Arjun is humble, down-to-earth and media-friendly. When media has asked about Mahesh Babu and his opinion, Allu Arjun has neither refused to answer from commenting nor did he refrain.
Earlier day, Mahesh Babu in his interview said, “All the stars are facing a problem when it comes to doing any experiment or unique story since big budgets are at stake and trade is investing huge. We need to protect the interests of trade who are putting a lot of money and buying our films.” When asked Allu Arjun about the same, Allu Arjun too nodded and said, “It is correct.” He said that what Mahesh said is right. Allu Arjun took a step forward and explained why doing a small-budget and experiment film is not practically feasible for any star hero.
“After working hard for many years, all stars expand their market and come to the stage of big-budget stars whose market is Rs 100 Crore and above. There’s no point in going back to roots again and doing a small-budget film for Rs 10 Crore. Even if any star hero has to any experiment, it has to be on the large scale only. Doing at small-budget isn’t possible,” said Allu Arjun.
Allu Arjun said he is quite happy to team up with director Trivikram Srinivas again and hoping for a hat-trick. Bunny said the movie will be entertaining. He said he will be seen as an ordinary middle-class guy who works under his boss (Pooja Hegde). Allu Arjun assured that there is a strong father-son sentiment in the movie. Ala Vaikunthapurrammuloo’s result would be known tomorrow. Let’s wait and see.
