For some reason, Mahesh Babu has done a few films back to back which are not only successful at the box office but also gave a lot of philosophy and education as well. And reports are coming out that he is not interested in them anymore.
Through Bharat Anu Nenu, Mahesh asked people to be transparent and responsible, while he advised them to undertake charity and develop villages in Srimanthudu. At the same time, Maharshi is all about weekend farming, while he says in Sarileru Neekevvaru that working in the army will induce discipline and patriotism in everyone. And now, the actor doesn’t want to do that at least for a while.
When few filmmakers are approaching him with stories, including the one bounced by Vamsi Paidipally, there are lots of elements that are taking the class to the society, they say. But Mahesh is not in a mood to do that for a long time as people might feel his messaging very heavy and unbearable it overdone this way. He is looking for joyous entertainers like Murari and Athadu, they say, where the story does talking but actors take no classes.
