Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja announced on November 11 that his upcoming film ‘Khiladi’ will be releasing on February 11, 2022. The actor confirmed the same on his Twitter handle.
Helmed by Ramesh Varma, ‘Khiladi’ stars actors Meenakshi Chaudhary and Dimple Hayathi opposite Ravi Teja, who will be playing a dual role in the film. Touted to be an action entertainer, the film is bankrolled by Satyanarayana Koneru and Ramesh Varma under the banner Pen Movies in association with A Studios LLP. The movie marks the second time association between Ravi Teja and Ramesh Varma after ‘Veera.’
Sharing the news with fans, along with a poster from the movie, Ravi Teja wrote: ”See you in cinemas Smiling face with sunglasses #Khiladi. February 11th, 2022.”
The project started in November 2020, but the shoot had to be halted in view of the pandemic. Devi Sri Prasad is on board as the composer, while Sujith Vaassudev and GK Vishnu have been roped in to take care of the cinematography. The makers have released the two lyrical video singles from the film so far and they struck the right chord with the listeners. Apart from the lead cast, the film also stars Arjun Sarja, Unni Mukundan, Nikitin Dheer, Sachin Khedekar, Mukesh Rishi, Thakur Anoop Singh, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Bharath Reddy in crucial roles.
