Megastar Confirms Picking This Director For Lucifer Remake

From a time, Megastar Chiranjeevi is very much looking forward to the remake of recent Malayalam blockbuster “Lucifer”, as he owned the rights already. Recently the matinee idol has confirmed that he will be doing the film for himself but willing to give to his younger brother Pawan Kalyan in case if the latter is showing interest.

And then, there is this huge talk about the director of the movie, as many names including Sukumar, VV Vinayak and even Meher Ramesh are heard in this connection.

But then, Ram Charan is said to have referred the name of Sujeeth Reddy, who directed Prabhas Saaho in the recent times. Though this Prabhas starer is a flop, critics praised for the style quotient of the movie while story-wise it’s very weak.

Taking into consideration that the story is already there in the form of Lucifer rights, Chiranjeevi is said to have entrusted the job of preparing a modified script to suit tastes of Telugu audiences to Sujith. “Yes, I’ve given the job to Sujith and asked him to come up with the modified script of Lucifer”, said Chiranjeevi, in his recent interview to an English daily.

After the lockdown gets lifted, Sujeeth might meet Chiru to give a final narration.
