Megastar Chiranjeevi has been the uncrowned king of Tollywood for more than two and a half decades. After ‘Shankar Dada Zindabad’, he took a break from movies and decided to focus on politics but his return was met with thunderous applause. This explains the crazy and stardom he earned over his journey. Getting first-day morning show tickets for a Chiranjeevi film was an achievement for people. The euphoria during the release of his movies were unimaginable. People used to stand in queues for hours together and his films got huge collections irrespective of the talk.
Though he might have had a dip in form in recent times, one cannot deny the fact that he is one of the biggest legends in Indian cinema. He has recently completed 45 years of glorious journey in Tollywood and his son Ram Charan congratulated him on social media by posting a beautifully edited picture which has his pictures from the gold old days to the recent times.
He wrote, “Hearty Congratulations to our beloved Megastar @KChiruTweets garu on completing 45 amazing Years of Mega Journey in Cinema! What an incredible journey! Starting with #PranamKhareedu & still going strong with your dazzling performances. You continue to inspire millions both with your on screen performances and your off screen humanitarian activities. Thank you, Dad for instilling values of discipline, hard work, dedication, excellence and above all compassion…”
Chiranjeevi announced two projects recently. He revealed that he will be working under his daughter’s banner. The story and director is yet to be confirmed. On the other hand, he will be making a socio-fantasy project with ‘Bimbisara’ director Vashishta under the production of UV Creations banner.
