‘Waltair Veerayya’ is hitting the screens worldwide on 13th January. Directed by Bobby Kolli, this Mega mass entertainer is arriving with humongous expectations. The promotional content which came out till date got a very positive response. The four songs which were released generated a lot of buzz and the fans are eagerly waiting for the theatrical trailer.
The movie has been given ‘U/A’ certificate and the runtime is locked for 160 minutes. The combination scenes of Ravi Teja and Chiranjeevi are expected to be a major highlight while fight sequences are going to be a feast for the fans. Megastar is playing a complete mass role after a long time and there are a lot of big names involved in this project. Shruti Hassan is the heroine while Catherine Tresa reportedly plays a key role.
The latest we hear is that director Bobby readied a special surprise for Mega fans. If sources are to be believed, Megastar will be recreating the iconic veena step once again from ‘Daayi Daayi Daama’ song in ‘Indra’. This will be a treat to Mega fans to witness Chiru doing such a famous step that too at 67 years of age.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. Arthur A Wilson is handling the cinematography. Niranjan Devaramane is the editor and AS Prakash is the production designer. Sushmita Konidela is the costume designer. This movie is competing with ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ and we all know the rivalry between Mega and Nandamuri fans. Also, both these biggies are produced by the same banner. Let us wait and see how this Sankranti season turns out.
