Puri Jagannadh is launching his son and he is also acting as the producer for his son’s film.
The film titled Mehbooba had a silent launch and the film’s unit is going about the shoot in Himachal Pradesh.
It could be due to the debacle of Paisa Vasool, but Puri has decided not to make much noise about his son’s debut film.
The film is a sensitive and innocent love story set in the backdrop of 1971 Indo-Pak war. The film has Aakash, Puri’s son playing the lead and Mangalore girl Neha Shetty playing the heroine.
Charmme who oversees the production work for Puri Connects, gave the clap. Given the film’s storyline, it will be shot in Punjab, Rajasthan and Himachal to provide authenticity to the movie.
Sandeep Chowta will be providing music for the film.
The film’s shoot began today in Himachal.
