Few days back actress Tanushree Dutta of ‘Aashiq Banaya Aapne’ fame has made allegations against Bollywood veteran actor Nana Patekar. She claimed that Nana has sexually harassed her on the sets of the movie ‘Horn Ok Pleassss’ about 10 years ago. With this the ‘Me Too’ moment had hit the headlines in the country.
Following this, a case has been filed against Nana Patekar and the Mumbai Police have launched their own investigation on this. After months of probe, the police have submitted their report to a Mumbai court and they claimed that they could not find any evidence in connection with Tanushree’s allegations. Hearing the arguments from both the sides, court closed the case and Nana Patekar is given clean chit.
Upon on the decision of the court, Tanushree reacted aggressively. She said she is not surprised or shocked by the court’s decision and added that the witnesses did not come to speak out of fear. Tanushree lashed out at Mumbai police and alleged that they are corrupt and also stated that she would challenge the Mumbai court’s decision in the apex court.
