Narsapuram YCP Rebel MP Raghuram Krishnan Raju has complained to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla that AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy has filed illegal cases against him as he had filed a petition in the CBI court seeking revocation of his bail. Their meeting lasted for half an hour.
On this occasion, he submitted a petition describing the treason case against him and the subsequent circumstances. Raghurama asked Om Birla to take action against AP CM Jagan Reddy, DGP, CID ADG Sunil Kumar and ASP Vijaypal.
He said, “I was charged with treason under IPC 124-A, tortured and seriously injured. Five masked men beat me in CID police custody. My rights as a Member of Parliament were violated. Take strict action against those who illegally arrested me without even giving notice in advance.
