Narsapura YYCP Rebel MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju, who filed a petition revoking the bail of AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy in the case of inappropriate assets, filed a rejoinder on Jagan’s bail petition.
The rejoinder included all the controversial decisions taken by Jagan since the YCP came to power. Raghurama alleged that Jagan intimidated the witness directly and indirectly with the help of his co-accused, which fall under violating the bail conditions.
Raghurama mentioned all the reasons required to cancel Jagan’s bail in this rejoinder filed as a reply to Jagan’s counter. Raghurama said these reasons were sufficient to cancel the bail of CM Jagan. “I have sought the revocation of Jagan’s bail as per legal provisions,” Raghuram said.
