Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s Love Story is on course to hit the silver screens by the end of July or early August. In all likelihood, it will be the first mainstream Telugu biggie to release in theatres post the second wave of Covid.
Love Story marks the coming together of Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi and Sekhar Kammula. It is carrying good expectations and is likely to get off to a strong start at the box office if the Covid situation eases up by then.
If Love Story does perform exceptionally well at the box office, it might open the flood gates. We can expedite quite a few Telugu biggies to lock August and September release if Love Story fares well.
The makers of Tuck Jagadish, Narappa, Radhe Shyam, Acharya and other mainstream big-ticket films will be assessing the box office performance of Love Story and then lock the release dates accordingly.
The makers of Love Story are yet to announce the release date though. They are expected to do so in the next couple of weeks.
