It’s already evident that popular Telugu actor Naga Shaurya has joined hands with director Aneesh Krishna of ‘Lover’ and ‘Ala Ela’ fame for his upcoming project referred to as #NS22. To be bankrolled by Shaurya’s home production Ira Creations, the pooja ceremony of the untitled rom-com took place in Hyderabad on Wednesday and star filmmaker Koratala Siva gave the first clap on the protagonist. While Nara Rohit switched on the camera, Anil Ravipudi directed the first shot.
Mani Sharma’s son Swara Sagar Mahathi has been roped in to compose the tunes for the film. Details regarding the cast and crew will be announced shortly
After bouncing back into form with his 2020 action-thriller ‘Aswathama’, Naga Shaurya underwent a major physical transformation during the lockdown period for the role of archer in his upcoming sports-drama directed by ‘Subrahmanyapuram’ fame Santhossh Jagarlapudi. After rigorous workout sessions and strict diet regime on a daily basis, the 31-year-old eventually acquired a chiseled body and flaunted his newly-minted eight-pack abs in the first look poster.
Starring ‘Romantic’ bombshell Ketika Sharma as the leading lady, #NS20 tells the story of an archer who overcomes several obstacles and fights against all odds to finally enjoy his triumph with glory. Along with this project, Shaurya has simultaneously shot for #NS21 with director Lakshmi Sowjanya and Ritu Varma. Touted to be a youthful entertainer, the film is being produced by Sithara Entertainments.
Besides these three projects in the pipeline, the Oh! Baby actor has wrapped up almost 50% shoot of his upcoming film with actor-cum-director Avasarala Srinivas.
