Nanna is slowly recovering, thank you for your prayers: Shivathmika Rajasekhar and Shivani Rajasekhar on Diwali

Actor, Dr Rajasekhar who recently got discharged from the hospital after battling coronavirus celebrated a special Diwali this year with his wife Jeevitha and children Shivathmika and Shivani.
Rajasekhar and his family had tested positive for Covid-19 and while the latter recovered, his health condition had worried fans while he was at the hospital. On Diwali, his daughters shared a picture of him with an oxygen mask on but looking like he’s recovering while posing with his family. Sharing it, Shivathmika wrote, “Happy Deepavali from mine to yours! Nanna is slowly recovering, our heartfelt thanks once again to all of you for your love and prayers. Stay happy, stay blessed.” (sic)
Shivani also shared the picture and thanked fans for all their prayers. She wrote, “Last month, on the exact same day ,we were at the hospital..the thought of home ,Deepavali ,a happy normal life seemed like a far away dream, were praying and wishing for it to come true. Although deep inside our hearts we believed strongly that everything will be fine soon, the realty then was a nightmare. As days progressed, the dream of getting back home, kept fading..but our hopes didnt! God is great he heard our and our extended family’s (you) prayers..crores of prayers and best wishes from all over the world..i cant thank each one of u enough..the love u guys showered upon my father,only that helped him fight this greatest battle!” (sic)
She added, “Thank u so much for being our strength , our hope and bringing back happiness and light into our family . im delighted to share that Nanna is doing much better now. Happiest Deepavali to our extended family all around the world,may this festival of lights brighten ur life and bring lots of happiness health and wealth and prosperity!” (sic) After fighting with the virus for over 3 weeks, Rajasekhar was finally discharged on November 9 from a private hospital in Hyderabad. The actor announced that he tested positive for Coronavirus on October 17 and fans sent their prayers to the Ankusham actor.
