Narayana: Jagan wants to oust AP Chief Justice from his post

The National Secretary of the CPI, K. Narayana, has now said that the rumors regarding Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy trying to oust the AP Chief Justice Maheshwari are true. Narayana has said that this has been Jagan’s plan for a long time now, and that he and his party members are conspiring with the BJP to make sure this happens.

Narayana also said that the Jagan government has constantly been supporting every single decision taken by the Modi government, right from the farm bills to the electricity bills. This is why Narayana said that the BJP has been supporting the YSRCP in the best way it can.

Narayana also noted that there is a huge movement going on in Delhi, aimed at removing the CJ of AP High Court, from office. Narayana pointed out that this is not the first time that the CM has decided to go against the constitution as it did not suit him, as he tried to remove the SEC from office as well. The President of India himself does not have the power to remove the SEC from office, but the Jagan government went ahead with that move, unwavered by the fact that it is against the constitution.

Narayana accused Jagan of wanting to remove the AP CJ from office, as the judgements were not being passed in favor of the ruling government, which is trying very hard to make sure that everything is under their control, in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
