After more than doubling his previous best US premieres’ collection with his latest release ‘Nenu Local’, Natural Star Nani has repeated similar feat in the Telugu states as well.
‘Nenu Local’ has a terrific opening day as per trade reports. By collecting a share of Rs 4.41 Cr in the Telugu states, Nani has recorded his biggest opener. This figure of Nenu Local is almost Rs 2 Cr higher than his previous best of Rs 2.45 Cr (Majnu), a huge 80 percent jump.

The average to above average reviews and decent word of mouth are expected to help Nenu Local become another hit for Nani. With Sankranthi releases not anymore making significant impact in theatres, Nenu Local will have full command on box office for at least one week before ‘Om Namo Venkatesaya’ and ‘S3’ hit screens.
