Bhola Shankar starring Megastar Chiranjeevi landed in a big controversy ahead of the release with a distributor moving the court seeking directives to stay the movie release claiming that the producer owes him money and there is no proper response from him. There was a lot of suspense on the issue.
A day before the release, the makers of the film got a big relief. The Court is said to have quashed the petition that was filed to stay the film release and gave a green signal for the release.
As per the information, there are no more legal issues for Bholaashankar and the film will release as per the schedule. The issues surrounding the film were resolved with the Court dismissing the petition. The development is a big relief for the makers.
Vizag distributor Satish moved the court saying that he paid money to get the distribution rights of Agent for Telugu states, but the distribution rights were given for just the Vizag city and he was promised to pay back the remaining money. However, there is no response from the producer.
AK Entertainments which bankrolled Akkineni Akhil’s Agent and produced Bholaa Shankar and hence the distributor moved the court. Now the makers received a big relief as the petition was dismissed by the court.
Bhola Shankar is an official remake of the 2015 Tamil film Vedalam, helmed by Meher Ramesh. The film stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh, and Sushanth in key roles which is slated for a grand release on the 11th of August.
