The Telugu remake of “Lucifer” will go to the sets early next year.
‘Saaho’ director Sujeeth Reddy has been working on this script to make necessary changes to suit the image of Megastar Chiranjeevi.
The original Malayalam movie didn’t feature a romantic track for its lead hero Mohanlal. But Chiranjeevi’s fans will not accept him playing a role that has no romantic pair.
Sujeeth has developed a flashback story for Chiranjeevi’s character that allows the creation of a female pair.
However, we have learned that Chiranjeevi’s trusted friend, who is also a leading director, suggested not to change the Malayalam version.
The director reportedly informed the megastar that if the love track is included, the story gets diluted.
Chiranjeevi has not yet decided on this.
