Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and his nephew Sai Dharam Tej are arriving at the theatres in one week. When this combination was announced, the expectations were massive but People Media Factory was clever enough to maintain a low profile despite promoting the movie. Though the fans are not happy with this strategy, the upcoming trailer of ‘BRO’ is expected to make them quite happy. Samuthirakani directed this movie and it is the remake of his own hit Tamil flick ‘Vinothaya Sitham’. Thaman has received a lot of backlash for his unappealing songs.
Unlike ‘Adipurush’, TG Viswa Prasad is not revealing anything about the film’s business. He just stated that the rights were sold to safe rates and there will not be any hike in ticket prizes. Also, he clarified that there will not be any special shows on the release date. He made it clear that he doesn’t want to exploit the craze of the film despite ‘BRO’ having strong content. This film is not your regular commercial entertainer filled with fights, comedy, love and dance numbers. The one duet in the film is given to Sai Dharam Tej and Pawan will only be seen in the pub song and emotional scenes.
Since there is no big competition, ‘BRO’ will have a free run at the box office. It will create havoc even if it gets an average talk. The buyers from Andhra Pradesh are getting worried that an eccentric group of ruling party members will try to stop the shows on the first day. We need to wait and see what happens. Sujith Vaasudev is the director of photography while star director Trivikram penned the screenplay and dialogues.
The rest of the cast includes Ketika Sharma, Priya Prakash Varrier, Samuthirakani, Rohini, Rajeswari Nair, Raja, Tanikella Bharani, Vennela Kishore, Subbaraju, Prudhvi Raj, Narra Srinu, Yuva Lakshmi, Devika, Ali Reza and Surya Srinivas. Samuthirakani is directed this movie and he revealed that they made a lot of changes in the script to suit Pawan’s image and the taste of the Telugu audience.
