Opinion: Yemi ra Balraju…

Strange indeed are the ways of Pawan Kalyan. How else can one explain his recent ‘protest march’ in Visakhapatnam?

If sand unavailability is the major issue in Andhra Pradesh currently, in Telangana, it is the RTC strike. So, in Telangana, Pawan Kalyan decided to do his bit for the RTC workers and sought an appointment with KCR which never came.

“It appears KCR or Kesava Rao or KTR and others are interested in holding talks over Telangana RTC strike. My party leaders have made efforts to arrange a meeting for me with the chief minister or others, including ministers. It seems no one is prepared to talk on the issue. Hence, I cannot meet them,” Pawan said in a statement.

Now here’s the thing! In Telangana, Jana Sena is a non-entity and Pawan Kalyan has absolutely no political base here. Yet, he seeks an appointment with the Chie Minister to solve the problem.

It is Andhra Pradesh where Pawan Kalyan thanks to his community numbers has any political hopes. It is in Andhra Pradesh where he contested the elections and where he hopes to become a Chief Minister.

Yet, he does not seek the appointment of the Chief Minister in the State where his Party contested the polls. Instead, he goes in for a ‘protest march’. Shouldn’t it be the other way round?

Why did he not seek an appointment with YS Jagan to discuss the ‘sand issue’? He could have then protested if Jagan had denied him an appointment?

Even his brother Chiranjeevi had called on YS Jagan recently, is it not? Can anyone understand this man and his tactics?

Yemi ra Balraju…….yemi raa nee valla desaniki upayogam?
