A message posted by power star and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan on Twitter cautioning his party workers to be wary of certain leaders who are suddenly praising him kicked up a debate in the media.
“Be careful. Some leaders who had hitherto been abusing us till then suddenly start praising us. If we take the praises of such a leader for granted and think that he has changed and become our friend, we are mistaken,” he said in the tweet.
Pawan cautioned his party workers not to resort to clapping and post happy emojies in the social media appreciating such a leader’s gesture. “If you do so, the purpose of our rivals is served,” he said.
He said they should seriously think why the leader who abused us till recently was suddenly praising us.
“Let us not get carried away by his praises. Remember that it is all part of the mind game,” the Jana Sena chief warned.
One wonders whom Pawan Kalyan has in mind while posting the message on the social media. There were neither abuses nor praises from the Telugu Desam Party or Bharatiya Janata Party leaders till now. Leaders of both the parties, responded cautiously on his three-options talk.
But it is very clear that the Jana Sena chief has made the comment keeping in view the latest debate over his proposal on the alliances with the two parties.
Let us wait and see whether he comes out with some clarity on this later.
