The term backstabbing is not new in Andhra Pradesh politics. Those who want to target Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu use the same issue. Be it the current ruling YSRCP leaders or the party sympathizers they target the former Chief Minister on the subject.
Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma, who has been aggressively targeting Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan once again brought up the incident and said that what Pawan Kalyan did is more than Chandrababu Naidu’s incident.
Ram Gopal Varma said that Pawan Kalyan backed stabbed his fans and Janasainiks and killed them and this is even more brutal than Chandrababu Naidu backstabbing NTR. The director also said that he is extending condolences to the family members of Pawan fans and Janasena supporters.
“Pawan Kalyan had backstabbed his own people and fans today which is worse than Chandrababu backstabbed NTR. I am expressing my deepest sympathy to all the affected family members,” Ram Gopal Varma said in his tweet. In another tweet, the director said that Pawan Kalyan not only backstabbed his fans and Kapus but also backstabbed himself.
RGV’s sensational tweets came in the backdrop of Pawan Kalyan’s comments in the press meet on Thursday. He made some crucial comments on the Chief Minister’s post and said that he would have been running for the post of Chief Minister if his party would have won 30 to 40 seats in the 2019 elections.
The Janasena chief even took the example of Kumaraswamy, who became Chief Minister with just 30 seats. His comments created a sensation in state politics and we are hearing mixed reactions. The ruling party supporters are breathing fire on Pawan Kalyan asking why he started a party when he is not ready to become the CM.
On the other hand, Janasena supporters are saying that politics is not just about the Chief Minister’s post and people should know this. Ram Gopal Varma who is supporting the YSRCP in various aspects came out and lashed out at the Janasena chief. His tweet is getting strong responses from the Janasena supporters and fans of Pawan Kalyan.
