Pawan’s struggle for Andhra farmers continues

JanaSena Chief Pawan Kalyan has been demanding the YSRCP government to announce a compensation for all the farmers who were hit by the recent Nivar Cyclone. He has been demanding compensation ever since the cyclone had hit the farmers, but the government refused to respond to it.

Pawan has also toured all the areas and places affected by the cyclone, and has been interacting with everyone who has been hit by the cyclone. Despite requesting the government for the compensation, and demanding for it several times, the government has continued to pay a deaf ear to his requests.

Now, Pawan has taken things into his own hands, and is about to participate in the state wide protest in person, where Jana Sena leaders would submit memoranda to all the District Collectors in the State.

Pawan had demanded that the government pay at least Rs. 10,000 to each farmer affected during the cyclone, and also demanded that the government pay at least Rs. 30,000 per acre, for every crop that was affected because of the cyclone.

It is now to be seen if the government will bend down at least now, or if it will go on as if nothing is happening.
