Rana’s upcoming multilingual film, Haathi Meri Saathi, has been wrapped up with its shootings and taking the information on Instagram, Rana’s costar, Shriya Pilgaonkar, posted a touching update along with a photo which shows our hunk, Rana with her.
Shriya Pilgaonkar, who is the daughter of famous TV actors Sachin and Supriya, wrote a heartwarming post on her Instagram, praising Rana’s kind attitude. She wrote ‘I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of this film and all that it stands for . @ranadaggubati, you were a student on set and not a star . That’s so rare . I’m in awe of your commitment & passion towards cinema and your desire to give back . This is a grand vision and I was working alongside an incredibly dedicated cast and crew . This was also my first time filming in three languages ( Tamil, Telugu, Hindi) which was a whole new challenge in itself but very exciting . Thank you Eros and Prabhu Sir for this opportunity’.
Rana too replied to her post by reposting it and wrote ‘Was a pleasure working with you’. The picture shows Rana and Shriya from the back, which is a still from the film. As we saw earlier, Rana’s lean look for the film shocked his fans, however, he still managed to look energetic and charming. Known for his chiselled huge physique with Ballaladeva character, Rana’s body transformation has been an intriguing topic in tinsel town.
Majority of the flick’s crucial scenes were shot in the beautiful jungles of Kerala. With music by Shantanu Moitra and sound designing by the Oscar-winning sound engineer Resul Pookutty, this Prabhu Solomon directorial will release in Telugu as Aranya and in Hindi and Tamil as well.
