After a series of shocking developments relating to Sridevi’s death case investigation, the actress’ mortal remains finally reached her Lokhandwala residence on Tuesday night.The ambulance was accompanied by Anil Ambani, Anil Kapoor, and Mohit Marwah. The condolence meet and funeral will take place on Wednesday in the afternoon.
Sridevi, 54, passed away late Saturday night. Initially, it was reported that the actress died following a massive heart attack, a claim which was nullified by the Dubai Forensic Department.The case was then transferred to the Dubai Public Prosecution which further probed into the matter before concluding that there was no criminal motive behind the death of the screen legend.
Yesterday, the case was closed and the Police handed over the mortal remains of the actress to the family after almost three days of thorough investigation with the prosecution declaring that Sridevi’s death was from accidental drowning.
