The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi had left for the United States on his three-day visit. During his tour, Modi will take part in the Quad leaders summit. The upcoming tour will mark the first foreign tour of Narendra Modi since 2020. Ever since the pandemic emerged, Modi had cut his foreign visits.
Narendra Modi will also meet the United States President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and the top leaders of the companies in the Superpower nation.
The Prime Minister is also scheduled to address the 76th session of the United States General Assembly. Earlier, Modi said, the meeting between him and Joe Biden will strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting between Narendra Modi and Joe Biden the issues like straightening the bilateral relations, security, Taliban, global issues, Strategic Partnership, and other issues are expected to come up for the discussions.
The common threat of India and the United States, China is also expected to be discussed during the meeting. Post-Taliban capture, the dragon country China is taking potshots at America and India on the Afghanistan issue.
