NTR biopic has been receiving very poor response in terms of box office collections. The film’s collections witnessed a huge fall on its day 2 with many theaters reporting poor occupancy.
Multiplexes have reduced screen counts and many single screens are looking to replace it with VVR or F2.
There were high expectations on the biopic prior to its release, but the film opened on a surprisingly dull note everywhere.
NTR’s collections in USA are shockingly low compared to recent biggies. Buyers are hoping that it would pick up by the weekend and do well during Sankranthi holidays. But a lot will depend on how Vinaya Vidheya Rama and F2 fares.
It would be tough road ahead for NTR biopic if one of the above films open to positive response.
The performance of first part has now left a huge question mark on the fate of the second part that is due for release in February.
