Poultry owner is giving ‘Bumper Offer’ over Coronavirus

These days information has become the deadliest weapon than the nuclear bombs. An information has the capacity to make the country and break the country. After the Covid-19 outbreak, a piece of wrong news went round the globe about the poultry farming that this virus would spread through the consumption of chicken meat.

Especially in India, poultry farming suffered massive losses due to this false information. Even after the health care professionals and scientists confirmed that the hens have nil effect due to Covid-19, there hasn’t been any change in its market.

Thousands of poultry farmers suffered severe losses and the story of one of those unlucky farmers is being presented by us. A poultry farmer from Tatikonda village in Station Ghanpur Mandal deals with lakhs of hens monthly and after the Covid-19 outbreak, his business took a toll. All the wholesale retailers and consumers denied the supply.

Finally fed up with the situation, the farmer himself supplied the hens in a truck to the surrounding villages and announced a bumper offer that he will give three hens for 100 rupees. Even though most of the people showed no interest in that once in a lifetime offer falling for the false news which incurred 3 to 4 lakh rupees loss to that farmer.
