‘Radhe Shyam’ is undoubtedly one of the most awaited pan-Indian films in the country right now. Prabhas and Pooja Hegde are the main leads in this periodic love drama which is directed by K Radhakrishna Kumar. This is the 20th film in Prabhas’ career and the team has announced that it is getting released on 14th January 2022 as a Sankranti treat.
The shooting of ‘Radhe Shyam’ has been wrapped up long back and the post-production works are currently going on. With a lot of Bollywood and Tollywood big films announcing the release dates, the movie’s unit decided to make it clear once again that ‘Radhe Shyam’ will be releasing worldwide in theatres on 14th January 2022. This pan-Indian film will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
Now, the makers are planning to start the promotions by releasing one song after the other. The first single is expected to come out very soon. The posters and glimpse garnered a good response from the audience and they hinted that ‘Radhe Shyam’ is going to be a vintage romantic drama set in Italy. Prabhas will be seen as Vikram Aditya while Pooja plays the role of Prerna. Top artists like Bhagyashree, Jagapathi Babu, Satyaraj, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Sachin Khedkar, Murali Sharma, ‘Airtel’ Sasha Chetri, Priyadarshi, Riddhi Kumar, Satyan and others will be playing key roles in this film.
Krishnam Raju is presenting ‘Radhe Shyam’ which is produced jointly under ‘UV Creations’, ‘T Series’ and ‘Gopi Krishna Arts’ banners. Manoj Paramahamsa is the cinematographer while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor. Justin Prabhakaran is the music composer for South Indian languages while Mithun-Manan will give music for Hindi. This is Prabhas’ first romantic film after ‘Darling’ and ‘Mr. Perfect. The expectations are quite high on it.
Other than this, Prabhas is working on ‘Salaar’ under Prasanth Neel’s direction. This is a huge action film while he is also working on a mythological drama named ‘Adipurush’ which is directed by Om Raut. Kriti Sanon is the heroine while Saif Ali Khan is the villain in this project. He even kickstarted Nag Ashwin’s high-budget time travelling project.
