Narasapuram MP and YSRCP member Raghurama Krishnam Raju has been having quite the fallout with his own party members for quite some time now. Everyone in YSRCP is at war with Raghurama Krishnam Raju, and he has also been receiving death threats.
A few days ago, Raghurama Krishnam Raju wrote a lengthy letter to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP Chief YS.Jagan Mohan Reddy, detailing every issue that Raghurama Krishnam Raju has been blamed for by his party members. Raghurama Krishnam Raju even addressed his visit to Delhi and the dinner he organised to all the members of the Parliament. He said that this was just a friendly dinner and that it did not have anything to do with cozying up to BJP.
Raghurama Krishnam Raju also addressed the show-cause notice that was sent to him by Vjiaya Sai Reddy, and said that it lacked legal sanctity as the letterhead readYSR Congress, which was not the name of Jagan’s party. On many occasions, Raghurama Krishnam Raju made it clear that Jagan’s party is called Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party as the Election Commission of India had rejected its many requests for YSR Congress name.
As Raghurama Krishnam Raju openly rebelled against the show-cause notice and decided to not respond to it, speculations about Raghurama Krishnam Raju’s disqualification from the party started circulating everywhere. To rectify the situation and make sure that he is not disqualified, Raghurama Krishnam Raju spoke to both the Lok Sabha Speaker, Om Birla, as well as Union Home Minister, Amit Shah.
Now, Raghurama Krishnam Raju has approached the Andhra Pradesh High Court with the same issue of the show-cause notice, hoping that the court will nullify the notice. On the other hand, several MPs from YSRCP party are poised to go to Delhi via a special flight, to reportedly disqualify Raghurama Krishnam Raju from his MP seat position, and from the party as well.
Raghurama Krishnam Raju is now wailing out and expressing shock over Jagan’s supposed conspiracy in ousting the leader from YSRCP, just because he has not been blindly supporting everything that the party is doing.
